I've been with TTG almost a year and it really has been life changing for my training. The small, female only classes mean you feel part of a little team and everyone is so helpful and friendly. The trainers keep things fresh and advise on form as well as keep you motivated.

The only place I've ever felt comfortable to train. From someone who knew nothing at 38 years old, the community there is everything, the women are all so supportive and the trainers are excellent. Gave me a love for the gym and exercise that I never thought I would have.

After moving to the area in 2021, I tried a few different gyms, but none have compared to the group training sessions at this ladies' gym. The welcoming environment, variety of classes, and knowledgeable trainers make it the perfect place to stay active.
I joined TTG about a month ago and already love it so much! The classes are fun, all different and challenging without being daunting! I love that it's a great place just for women and the trainers are great. By far the best class-based gym in the area.
